Terms & Conditions
Please allow 10-14 days for completion. If you need your order a little sooner please contact Michelle at: info@michelleleaverjewellery.co.uk
You should receive a confirmation of your order by email. (Please check Junk Folder as sometimes it can go in there). Again please contact me if it doesn’t arrive at the above email address.
All items are securely sent by Trackable Delivery and Michelle will notify you after dispatch as to when to expect the delivery.

The Post and Packing cost will be added on to the cost of your jewellery if you live outside the UK but is free for the UK.
Your jewellery will arrive in a Gift Box with a polishing cloth, business card, all in a gift bag.
A text or email will be sent to you, including a Post Office Tracking Number, as soon as your jewellery is on its way.

14 Day Cooling Off period.
Michelle Leaver Jewellery appreciates that you may for some reason want to return your jewellery. Providing this is within 14 days, please return your jewellery in its original condition by a traceable delivery system such as Special Delivery and a full refund will be given.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt if the size isn’t quite right or if you have changed your mind and would prefer something else to the amount or above. Please contact me via email or phone for details on arrangements.

Refunds

Any commissions undertaken or personalised jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please contact Michelle Leaver Jewellery for all other refund queries.

Returns

Please note that any returns’ postage will be paid by you and it is strongly advised that you send items back using a traceable postage service such as Special Delivery as Michelle Leaver Jewellery cannot be responsible for damage or loss in the post.

These terms do not affect your Consumer Statutory Rights.
